Family / Intergenerational Events

Intergenerational Ministries at Grace is the intentional melding of children's ministries, youth ministries, community service programs, family-friendly worship services, spiritual education programs, and myriad other means that encourage people of all ages to work and grow together in faith.

This vision encourages the entire adult faith community, not just parents and relatives, to develop meaningful relationships with kids and teens in order to pass along our Lutheran faith.  In so doing, we are putting into action the belief that it is crucial for our entire community to be proactive in intergenerational activities in such ways as starting up conversations with people of all ages, learning their names, asking questions, and being a presence in each other’s lives, especially in the lives of our young people.
