Children (Birth to 5th Grade)
Faithful Families
Developing and encouraging family faith formation is a priority at Grace. Throughout the year we offer many opportunities for families to grow in faith together through many fun and inspiring events. In September our third graders and parents attend a Bible-centered event where they will learn how to dig into God's holy book. In the spring, fifth graders gather with their parents to learn about our sacrament of Holy Communion. Information will be mailed to homes as these events approach.
Grace Bible School
May Parent Newsletter
Grace Bible School is our 'Sunday School' program offered September through May for ages 3 through fifth grade. Sessions are offered during both worship services on Sundays at 8:45 and 10:15 a.m., and Wednesdays at 5:45 p.m. Classes are open to members and non-members and are taught by trained leaders. Children attend worship with their parents through the children's sermon (the first 20 minutes of the service), and then are dismissed to Koinonia Hall for a large-group gathering. Each week the children meet in a large group for music, puppets, stories and baptism birthday celebrations, then break into small classes for further learning and fun. Grace Lutheran Church is a fun, faith-filled place for all kids and their families!
New Children's Choir
(Grades 3, 4 and 5)
Megan Dimich is directing this new choir and hopes all of you can come. Rehearsals are Sundays between services from 9:50-10:10 a.m. in Hosanna. Plans are to sing once a month at one service. If you can't come to every rehearsal, come to as many as you can. You'll sing fun, exciting, faith-filled songs.

This fall there will be two worship services on Sunday mornings--8:45 a.m. and 10:15 a.m. Grace Bible School classes will held during both worship services on Sunday morning, and also during the 5:45 p.m. service on Wednesdays.
